Q. Who are you & what’s in store for us? 

A.Thanks for asking! We’re CLUSTER-CLUSTER, a lifestyle home décor furniture online store based in Singapore, our goal is to aid you in your decorating domination!
We stock awesome furniture pieces specifically curated to fill spaces in between the big ones.
We also offer a cluster of beautiful lighting to suit any room in your home orspace, colourful decorating pieces delightful dining accessories that would surely impress your guests.We’re always on the look out to add to our eclectic mix, so keep up to date with what we’re up to on our social media platforms & monthly newsletter.

Q. Do you have a showroom I can visit?  

A.Cluster-Cluster currently operates only online. That way, we cut all the unneccessary mark-ups most retailers add to their prices, & with just a few clicks, you get your cluster package sent straight to your door in just a few days.

Q. Where do you source all your pieces?

A.Team CC scours the globe to find our carefully curated pieces mainly in Europe, America & parts of Asia. Please refer to the product descriptions for more details on our pieces.

ORDER

Q. How do I place an order?

A.Place your order simply by clicking on your desired item, with your preferred sizing or colour & select the “Add to Cart” option. Once you’ve picked what you like, proceed to check out & follow the payment instructions on your screen.

Q. What payment method choices do I have?

A.We acccept all payments through paypal, & all major credit card options such as Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Q. I want to make a large order with specific pieces for my business or home that you don’t stock on your etailer. Can I request it?

A.You sure can! We provide a personalised service for large orders wherever you are in the world. In other words, we are your personal buyers!

DELIVERIES

Q. How long will my products take to get to me, & what are your delivery rates?

A.Good news! All local deliveries in Singapore are free! Delivery times vary between 3-5 days if the item is in stock. You will receive an order confirmation & acknowledgement via email, our friendly customer support delivery team will be in contact via sms or email to arrange a delivery day suited to your schedule.

Q. The item I want is out of stock! When will it be available?

A.For pieces not available at the moment, don’t worry you can “Wish it” and we will try our best to bring it back in stock within 4 – 6 weeks.

Q. Can I change the item & delivery date once I’ve made my order?

A.Please notify us on any changes or cancellations within the 48-hour time frame of the original delivery timeslot by emailing customer care at cc@cluster-cluster.com

Q. What other countries do you deliver to?

A.We only deliver within Singapore but we have plans to expand all over the world to make sure every single customer can enjoy our products & receive fast affordable delivery rates from us. Keep up to date with our progress on our social media platforms & newsletter mailing list.

Q. I want to return an item I’ve just bought - can I change it?

A.Sure! Items can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days from receipt of delivery, provided your returns are unused, undamaged, in original condition with full packaging.
Please contact customer care at cc@cluster-cluster.com and we’ll take care of your request & arrange a pick up date. Restocking fees apply.
Please note exchanged items that are used & not in its original packaging will not qualify for return, exchange or refund. Cluster-Cluster reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Q. What’s a restocking fee?

A.All items accepted in good condition, but wished to be returned by you, a restocking fee will be imposed according to the rates as follows:
Goods for exchange – S$30 per item
Goods for refund – S$50 per small item & S$100 for large pieces
This restocking fee is valid for any item, which we pick up from your location regardless of whether you have any outstanding orders to be delivered. Do note that all returned products must be unused & in perfect resellable condition.
The restocking fee includes:
• Rewrapping of items
• Transportational fees & management
• Administrative fees for transport coordination & inventorising 
Should you wish to have the returned items collected from your home from 7 – 10pm, an additional night delivery surchage of S$30 wil be imposed.

Q. I’ve received a faulty item! What do I do?

A.We apologise in advance! We advise our customers to inspect all pieces carefully for damages or defects. Though rare, there is a possibility of our products getting bumped & knocked 
during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange.
Please contact customer care at cc@cluster-cluster.com with a photo of its defect within 48 hours & we’ll take care of the rest!

Q. I forgot my password & can’t log in. What do I do?

A.It happens! Simply click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page & request for a reset.

Q. How safe is my personal information on your site?

A.All our members’ data & information is safe with us! We will never disclose, share or sell your data to anyone! Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
